Guinness Braised Pork -braised in Guinness until tender& piled on a slice of Irish bread with caramelized onions

Garlic and Gorgonzola Mashed Potato Cigars - Idaho potatoes and blue cheese in crispy\phyllo pastry, chive crème fraîche

Emerald Isle Dip - sugar snap peas, crisp green beans, and asparagus spears with sauce vert

Chocolate Pot De Creme - chocolate mousse with chocolate pearls and hazelnut whipped cream
