Join Diego, Anna, and Victoria for this very special session of the Sip: Wine Blending Class in the tasting room on Friday at 7 PM! You will be sampling a few of our library red blends and then will be provided with the tools and wine to make your very own blend! Try the 2023 red varietals separately and then try your hand at being a winemaker. Diego will give you information on how many barrels of each varietal exists, so you know how much of each wine can be used to create your blend.

RSVP is critical for this event to make sure we have enough tools and wine! Please note, there may be a cut off due to demand.

An encore Sip will be held Sunday at 2 PM down in our barrel room in the wine cellar.
